About the event
This nurturing, hands-on workshop is designed for parents who want simple, natural ways to support their family’s well-being through herbs.
Together, we’ll explore gentle, kid-friendly herbs that can be safely used to support calm nervous systems, digestion, sleep, and emotional regulation, for both children and adults. You’ll learn which herbs are appropriate for kids, how to prepare them safely, and how to tailor teas to your family’s unique needs.
Throughout the class, participants will taste each herb as a tea, allowing both parents and children to discover what flavors and herbs they enjoy most. From there, I’ll guide you through a hands-on tea blending session, where you’ll create a custom, family-friendly herbal tea.
