The Aromatic Anchor Session is designed for women who are actively doing the work of healing, growing, and understanding themselves, but want something tangible to reach for when anxiety rises, stress takes over, or an old emotional pattern is activated. You may already be in therapy, working with a coach, journaling, or developing greater awareness of your patterns. Yet in the middle of a difficult moment, it can still be hard to access everything you know. Your aromatic anchor is created to become a familiar sensory tool that helps you pause, reconnect with yourself, and make space for a more intentional response. We’ll begin with a thoughtful conversation about what you are currently experiencing and the emotional intention you want your blend to support. Your intention may be to feel calmer during anxiety, more grounded during uncertainty, supported through grief, connected to your inner trust, or steadier while recovering from burnout. Then, we'll co-create a bespoke blend based on your personal goal. Bespoke Herbal Tea Add-On — $45 Extend your aromatic ritual with a custom herbal tea formula created around your personal intention. Your add-on includes a 12-ounce jar of loose-leaf tea, individualized research and formulation, your exact recipe, and personalized brewing instructions.
